Chris trained classically at the University of Arizona, performing at the resident Arizona Repertory Theatre in both musicals and plays over the course of his four years there.  His favorite credits during his time there include The Fantasticks and Othello.  As he progressed through the conservatory program he found a passion for voice over work and stand-up comedy, both of which he has performed and recorded around the country.

In his senior year of college he completed his first full-length audiobook, The Indigo Thief, and with it, founded his recording studio Cricket Sound, an organization that now functions as a professional recording studio as well as a mentorship and collaborator to other up-and-coming independent voice artists.
